UPDATE: After posting this review, the dealership reached out to us directly. Coco handled the situation in a very professional manner and made a genuine effort to make things right. They towed the Prius back to the dealership, completed the additional diagnostic work on their own dime/time, and ultimately provided us with a reasonable quote and much clearer path forward for the repair. The Prius was repaired and had a great experience.

Kashif Mirza is the way!! As soon as I got there he greeted me outside. He was soft spoken, patient and understanding. I’m a wheelchair user and he never made me feel like a burden or that I’d make the process harder in anyway. Service was great and the service writer was very helpful and accommodating. Wanted to get tires rotated but they didn't feel comfortable putting the car on their rack due to rust. Been done before with no issues. Even with that, I will be back.
I stopped in a couple weeks ago to test drive a variety of Toyota Tacomas to figure out what I liked and what I didn't. Edrias Lopez showed me a variety of models/engines/features. Nothing felt bad but I didn't give me the feeling that this is my future truck. We got close and I think I know exactly what i'm looking for in a used Tacoma. Maybe I'll get lucky and one will pop up in the future.

It’s was great overall I called and was able to get in same day for a tire rotation. one small thing that they could improve when you drive in your car or walk in, it would be amazing if some greeted you, instead of having to find someone yourself that didn’t look busy. Even a “hello I’ll be right with you..” would be great. Minor thing. Also I liked how they were too pushy on extra stuff, I know it’s part of the sales job to upsell services but I was glad it was minimal.

These guys were great. I was able to test drive exactly what I needed to test drive and they showed no hesitation to dig in and find exactly what I wanted, even when it wasnt on the lot. They were fully realistic about what they could do for me, but pulled out all the stops. Came in for oil change, tire rotation, cabin and engine filters. In at 6:00pm on Thursday and out by 6:35pm. By far the fastest service I have received there. It is much improved.

Car buying is normally as enjoyable as buying a cell phone or watching paint dry. Caleb and Tyler were both fantastic to deal with. I've bought a decent amount of vehicles over the decades and Caleb is without a debt, the best sales rep i have dealt with. Tyler was also the best finance guy i Jane dealt with.

Had oil change and tire rotation done. Everything went well. Took just over an hour.
I called to check on a used truck. Was told it was available and they would put it aside for me. Called me and set up a time. When I got there was greeted with hospitality.
