Staff was very friendly. Dealership building is older and thus smaller than newer buildings but they use it well. Plenty of seating and snacks in waiting area. Service was quick, friendly, fairly priced, and they did not push other services and products on us. We appreciated that.

Did a good job. Took them up on shuttle ride as I thought it would take longer for my repairs. But they were pretty fast. Ended up taking longer for mthe shuttle, but that wasn't a problem.

I had wheel alignment and tire rotation but they also changed hazards charge of 15 dollars which make no sense for the alignment. I think that is excessive and unnecessary charge for alignment services

I purchased a 2024 Lexus ES 350 with 3400 miles using the dealer internet site. After negotiating the price I was informed that a $500 service fee would be added. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in 5+ years. Serviceman Julian set me up nicely for a free diagnostics and boy, was I blown away by the depth of work and the comprehensive nature of the report! Felt like my car underwent a major surgery.
