Julius Jackson. That’s the name of the greatest salesman of all time. To be fair, everyone I met at Serra Toyota was phenomenal, fantastic, excellent. Pick any kind of positive word you like, and it will fit. But Julius Jackson. Where do I even start? First of all, I’d been searching for a Camry for about a month now and have dealt with numerous slimy, dishonest salesmen. I can’t tell you how frustrating it’s been. So when I spoke with Julius, right away I could tell he was a breath of fresh air. After telling him my situation and expressing my financial situation (I’ve got 5 kids and not a lot of money), this man actually asked if he could pray for me. I’ve never had a salesman do that for me. He could tell I’d been stressed and anxious about this whole car-buying experience and could tell I’ve had some trust issues. He saw right into that and prayed for me. I don’t care whether you are a believer or not, this was such a peaceful and healing moment for me and really built up my faith. Now, keep in mind, I found out that Julius is also a pastor. So the whole time, he was preaching the Word to me, encouraging me, and speaking life to me. Then, on top of everything, I came up short financially due to an unexpected error on my part regarding my plates being expired (only about $200). Julius offered to personally lend that fee to me and gave it to me straight from his wallet since I said I couldn’t afford it. I accepted and told him I’d get it back to him no later than two weeks. A few minutes later, I said a prayer and asked God to provide because Julius was just talking to me about trusting in the Lord and how He will provide every time. Well, sure enough, I recounted my money and found that either I had miscounted previously or God had miraculously given me an extra $200 somehow (I counted that money 4–5 times, so I know I didn’t miscount). Anyway, if you’re reading this, just know that God is good. Jesus Christ is real. And Julius Jackson is a spirit-filled, kind-hearted man. And a killer salesman. This was obviously the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I met was kind and professional. It was also a quick experience overall. I wasn’t sitting around for hours and hours. They were upfront about fees and transparent about what the fees were and laid it all out for me. By far the greatest car dealership in the state of Wisconsin, if not the country. Shoutout to Serra Toyota in Milwaukee. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Service was good. I did have to go back 2 days later. I got gas and noticed the valve caps were not put back on the tires on the passenger side. Seems like it happens a lot from the response when I went inside to service.

My enjoyable experience with the parts department and service department and their clear communication motivated me to drive two hours to resolve some issues with my newly purchased used Toyota. It all started with an email from Eden, followed by text messages from Izayah.
